Her Visit does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the app is a substitute for care from a qualified professional. The prompts, question library, reference material, and summaries are organizational and educational tools only.

Always talk to your own doctor or another qualified health care provider about your health. Never delay seeking care, and never stop or change a treatment, because of something you read in this app.

If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away. Her Visit is not monitored, and no one here can respond to a medical emergency.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Her Visit. You agree to give accurate information when you register, to keep your password confidential, and to take responsibility for activity that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Everything you enter or upload belongs to you. To run the app for you, you give us permission to store, process, and display your content, and to produce the summaries and exports you ask for. That permission exists only to operate Her Visit for you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for who you choose to share it with. When you print a summary or hand your phone to a provider, you are deciding to share that information.

• Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
• Subscription plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for.
• Because Her Visit gives you immediate access to digital content, purchases are final except where the law says otherwise or where we decide a refund is the right thing to do. If something went wrong, contact us and we will work it out with you.
• If we change our prices, we will tell you before the change applies to you.

Please do not:

• Use Her Visit for anything unlawful, or to harm another person.
• Try to access another person's account or data.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Upload malicious files, or upload someone else's records without their permission.
• Impersonate Her Visit or misrepresent your relationship with us.

The Her Visit name, design, text, and software belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your own health record-keeping. That is the only right we grant, and it ends if your account is closed.

Her Visit relies on third parties for things like payments, hosting, and email delivery. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

We may add, change, or remove features as Her Visit develops, and we may occasionally need to take the service down for maintenance. We work to keep Her Visit available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors.

Her Visit is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any content in it is complete or accurate for your particular situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Visit and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or health outcomes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

You may stop using Her Visit at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that puts the service or other people at risk. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive will survive the end of your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Her Visit is operated, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If we ever have a disagreement, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.

We may update these terms as the app changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Her Visit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
